Dangerous goods

Dangerous goods means products, materials or substances that are
(a) regulated by the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations, SOR/2001-286, made under the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act (Canada), or
(b) classified as hazardous products under the Hazardous Products Regulations, SOR/2015-17, made under the Hazardous Products Act (Canada). (“marchandises dangereuses”)
